Announcing ePlan Services’ New Employee Dashboard

We’ve listened to your feedback and as a result, ePlan Services is releasing a new employee dashboard that will simplify employees’ retirement account management. Its streamlined design lets you easily make adjustments to your account and provides an intuitive breakdown of your investments and transactions.
What is the purpose of the new employee dashboard?
Some feedback that we received about our previous dashboard was that it was tricky to navigate, and employees had trouble understanding all the numbers displayed. Colorful data visualizations, helpful for people who want to understand their retirement breakdowns, were noticeably absent.
Unlike the previous version, ePlan Services’ improved dashboard offers a smoother experience that includes necessary account information—such as account balance and year-to-date contributions—in one convenient snapshot.
Is the new employee dashboard easy to use?
The new ePlan employee dashboard overhauls your viewing experience and helps you understand important retirement concepts. When you first visit, you’ll have the option to be guided through our new dashboard with our handy onboarding tool. Also, if you need more information on a particular topic, simply click the “I” on the top right of that section.
Soon, you will also be able to explore vibrant pie charts and graphs displaying your account information, allowing you to gain clarity on how your funds are working for you.
What features are releasing with the employee dashboard?
When you arrive at the new employee dashboard, you’ll find your account balance, including details like:
- A quick snapshot of your account balance and rate of return.
- The quick links section which allows you to rapidly:
- Change contribution rate
- View statements
- Roll in a 401(k)/IRA
- Take a distribution
- Request a loan
- A newly incorporated link to your retirement calculator
- A customer support link for any questions you may have regarding your account
- Your account performance depicted in a graph with your contributions over time
- Your asset allocation pie chart to depict how much you have invested in stocks, bonds, and cash across your portfolio
We know you’ve had concerns about our previous employee dashboard; our newly improved release provides a cohesive solution to those concerns. Thank you for the valuable feedback.
